Terms & Conditions
What we are
We are a drop off catering service, with no on-site preparation, cooking or waiting service.
We offer fully plant-based, simply prepared, “homemade” food. Our aim is to bring you healthy, seasonal food which is nourishing and tasty.
We have Level 2 Food Safety Qualifications. We hold a 5-star rating for our local authority assessed food safety (Stirling Council).
Seasonal Menu Changes
We will be updating some of our salads/mains every four months to reflect the seasons and incorporate seasonal/local UK ingredients as much as possible.
Our food suppliers are a very important part of our ability to bring you the best quality and most environmentally friendly food. Because we make virtually everything ourselves we buy raw ingredients – vegetables, fruit and dry goods.
We buy our fruit and vegetables ourselves from France Farm Market and most of our dry goods from Greencity Coop Glasgow.
Long distance catering
The food will come to you on palm leaf home compostable platters/tableware. We avoid waste in all we do and hope you will join us in doing so too. Please dispose of these platters in your food waste.
Short distance catering
The food will be displayed on bamboo and/or melamine platters/tableware, which are light and very sturdy while still stylish. The platters/tableware will be collected on the afternoon or evening of delivery or the following day as agreed in advance with client.
Serviettes & Plates
Your order will be delivered with a compostable paper serviette for each guest. Plates are not supplied unless specifically ordered and will be chargeable.
Substitutions may rarely have to be made if some ingredients cannot be sourced. Client will be advised of substitutions prior to their event.
Allergens & Dietary Requirements
The client will be emailed an ingredient list with all the allergens highlighted prior to the event. A print-out of this list will be provided with the food on the day of the event.
If an item contains nuts we will state this fact but cannot guarantee that those items not stated such do not contain any traces of nuts.
If any of your guests have particular dietary requirement please state this at the time of ordering and we will suggest suitable food, arrange for the food to be on separate platters and labeled if needed.
Equipment Loan and Hire
You may wish to hire some tableware and cutlery as part of your catering requirement. This equipment remains the property of Laurianne's Vegan Kitchen and must be kept for our collection, generally on the same afternoon/evening of delivery or the following day. Any breakages or loss of equipment will be invoiced at cost.
Please gather together the equipment hired by you ready for collection. It does not need to be cleaned. If it is not ready or available for collection an additional collection may be chargeable.

Delivery Time & charge
We aim to deliver your order as close to your requested delivery time as possible but always within the one-hour period before your stipulated delivery time.
A delivery charge might be added to your order. The charge will depend on the distance from our kitchen in Killearn and your event. It will also depend on the size of your order.

Terms of Payment
All orders placed with us must be paid for by debit or credit cards prior to delivery. Our bank details will be emailed to you for bank transfer.
In some instance (small order), we may accept cash on delivery.
We aim to minimise our impact on the environment in everything we do. We use compostable packaging and therefore encourage you to dispose of them correctly. For short distance catering, we use re-usable tableware and encourage you to keep them in good condition for us to collect.
We aim to use locally grown and in season products as much as possible.
We are fully plant-based and therefore good for the environment and the animals.
Thank you for your orders and please be assured we are always committed to making orders to your complete satisfaction with food that will delight you and your guests.
